Article Assistant
We are currently seeking proactive and dedicated professionals who have successfully cleared both groups of the CA Intermediate exam to work as Article Assistants. This remote position offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with seasoned professionals on varied engagements in accounting, auditing, taxation, and financial advisory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting in the preparation and finalization of financial statements and audit reports.
• Supporting seniors in statutory, internal audits, and tax audits.
• Engaging actively in direct and indirect tax compliance and advisory.
• Preparing and filing Income Tax Returns, GST returns, and various regulatory compliance forms.
• Researching and summarizing relevant accounting and tax-related regulations and standards.
• Collaborating closely with the team for delivering timely and high-quality client deliverables.
• Participating in virtual client meetings and maintaining professional client relationships.
Qualifications:
• Successfully cleared both groups of CA Intermediate examinations (mandatory).
• Strong foundational knowledge in Accounting Standards, Auditing Standards, Income Tax, and GST.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
