We are seeking a skilled Interim Corporate Governance Specialist to join our team on a remote basis. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert legal advice on corporate and commercial matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex contracts and agreements. Your role will involve advising clients on compliance and regulatory issues, as well as building and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert legal advice on corporate governance and commercial matters
Develop and implement effective strategies to meet client needs

Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 6 years' PQE experience, proven track record of advising clients on high-stakes commercial matters, strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, and ability to work independently and manage a remote workload efficiently.
