Key Responsibilities
Accurately input data from various sources into internal databases and systems.
Verify the accuracy of data and correct any errors to ensure data integrity.
Maintain and update records as necessary.
Assist in organizing and managing digital files and documents.
Perform data cleanup and reconciliation tasks as required.
Respond to inquiries and provide support in data-related queries.
Meet daily and weekly targets set by the supervisor.
Ensure confidentiality and security of all data handled.
Collaborate with team members to enhance data entry processes and systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.
Comfortable with technology and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
Experience
Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
Freshers are encouraged to apply as full training will be provided.
Working Hours
Full-time: 40 hours per week (8 hours a day, 5 days a week).
Part-time: Flexible hours, approximately 20 hours per week (perfect for students or individuals with other commitments).
Flexible work hours with options to choose between morning, afternoon, or evening shifts.
