Key Responsibilities
• * Develop original graphic concepts for a variety of apparel and accessory collections, including t-shirts, hoodies, bags, hats, and more.
• * Collaborate closely with the design, marketing, and product development teams to create artwork that aligns with brand identity and current market trends.
• * Translate creative briefs and mood boards into high-impact designs.
• * Ensure that all designs meet technical requirements for production and print processes.
• * Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and seasonal themes to inspire new ideas and collections.
• * Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality and meeting deadlines.
• * Present concepts and receive feedback in team meetings, revising designs as necessary.
• * Prepare print-ready files and specifications for manufacturers.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• * Proven proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• * A strong portfolio showcasing fashion-related graphic design work, including apparel and accessory designs.
• * Exceptional creativity and attention to detail.
• * Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and garment construction.
• * Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote work environment.
• * Ability to adapt design styles according to brand guidelines and target markets.
• Experience
• * Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle industry.
• * Prior experience working with apparel printing techniques (e.g., screen printing, embroidery, sublimation) is highly preferred.
• * Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Working Hours
• * Full-time, remote position.
• * Flexible working hours with core team availability required from 10 AM to 4 PM (GMT).
• * Occasional virtual meetings and collaborative sessions as needed.
