Responsibilities:
Develop complex financial models to support valuation, scenario analysis, and transaction structuring. Conduct in-depth industry and market research to identify investment opportunities and risks. Prepare financial reports, presentations, and pitch books for client meetings and internal reviews. Assist in the due diligence process for potential transactions, including data gathering and analysis. Support the origination and execution of mergers, acquisitions, and capital markets transactions. Analyze financial statements and key performance indicators of target companies. Communicate effectively with deal team members, clients, and other stakeholders remotely. Maintain databases and ensure the accuracy of financial information. Stay abreast of financial market trends, regulatory changes, and economic developments. Ensure all work is performed with the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field, with a strong academic record. At least 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field is required. Exceptional financial modeling skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and a solid understanding of accounting principles are essential. Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities are paramount. Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored for remote collaboration are necessary.
