Responsibilities
Deliver Level 3 and 5 Health and Social Care qualifications to learners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with employers and stakeholders.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of learner progress.
Plan and conduct regular learner progress reviews.
Provide constructive quality assurance feedback to learners.
Develop and adapt your delivery style to meet learner and employer needs.
Effectively manage learner cohorts to achieve business outcomes.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Maintain accurate records of learner administration and assessment.
Identify and report learner safeguarding concerns.
Contribute to the MVRRS Training self-assessment process.
Engage in Continuous Professional Development.
Essential Requirements
Relevant Assessor qualification (D32/D33/A1 or TAQA).
Experience in Elderly Care and Health and Social Care Assessments.
Strong administration and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Digitally literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Full driving licence and willingness to travel.
