About the Job
In this role, you will work independently, planning your own day and carrying out daily visits in the community. You will have a portfolio of up to 250 service users/tenants. Your main responsibilities will include:
Providing direct support and management to service users within an allocated location
Maintaining accurate records and keeping systems up-to-date
Working to an assigned case load, carrying out daily visits in the community
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Experience in a housing officer support role
A full UK driving licence
Ability to pass Disclosure checks through the Disclosure and Barring Service
