Key Responsibilities:
• Provide legal advice on complex insurance coverage issues.
• Litigate insurance coverage disputes and bad faith claims in both state and federal courts.
• Conduct detailed research and draft legal opinions, coverage letters, briefs, motions, and other documents.
• Collaborate with clients to develop strategies for risk management and resolution of coverage disputes.
Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in California.
• 2+ years of experience in insurance coverage litigation and policy analysis.
Salary Range: $150k - $210k + Bonus
