Provide expert guidance on interviewing work and Microsoft 365 services
Test and dispatch new equipment, ensuring it meets high standards
Support the returns process for faulty or damaged equipment

Requirements:
Experience in technical support and troubleshooting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and data security principles
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
