KeyTrust Financial Group is expanding nationwide and seeking motivated individuals who want to build a long-term career in life insurance sales — no prior insurance experience required.
This is a fully remote, commission-based role where you’ll work with clients virtually, follow a proven sales system, and receive structured training, mentorship, and ongoing support. Compensation:
$100,000+ per year
Responsibilities:
Work with qualified leads using a structured and proven sales process
Conduct virtual consultations to understand client goals and coverage needs
Present customized life insurance solutions clearly and professionally
Guide clients through the application process from start to finish
Build long-term client relationships through follow-up and service
Track activity and performance using online tools
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport virtually
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and open to coaching
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Willingness to obtain a U.S. life insurance license (guidance provided)
Prior sales or customer service experience is helpful, but not required
Applicants must currently reside in the United States.
