We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team at Snapx. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, interviewing, and verifying candidates for senior-level engineering positions across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing: Utilize job boards, professional networks, and referrals to identify top talent for IT and non-IT roles.
Candidate Evaluation: Conduct initial calls with candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role.
Salary Verification: Confirm salary expectations with candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements.
Submission: Present qualified candidates to clients for consideration.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.
Coordination: Arrange interviews between candidates and clients.
Feedback: Collect and provide feedback to candidates post-interview.
Ideal Skills:

Recruitment Expertise: Strong experience in recruiting for senior-level engineering roles.
Candidate Sourcing: Proficiency in utilizing job boards, professional networks, and referrals for candidate sourcing.
Communication and Negotiation: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to handle diverse IT and non-IT job roles.
Diversity of Roles: Ability to handle a wide range of IT and non-IT job roles.
The focus of the candidate search should be nationwide within the US.
