Le/la représentant(e) des ventes chez GA International Inc. joue un rôle clé dans la croissance du revenu et l’expansion de la part de marché au sein d’un territoire attribué. Ce poste exige un professionnel stratégique, orienté client, possédant de solides compétences en développement de relations. Le candidat retenu offrira des expériences client exceptionnelles, influencera les décideurs clés et atteindra ou dépassera régulièrement les objectifs de vente dans un environnement rapide et concurrentiel.

Responsabilités

Développer et exécuter des plans de vente complets pour le territoire, en alignement avec les objectifs et les cibles de croissance de l’entreprise.
Identifier et poursuivre de nouvelles opportunités d’affaires tout en élargissant et en fidélisant les comptes clients existants.
Présenter les produits et communiquer des informations techniques pour faciliter l’adoption par les clients.
Surveiller l’activité concurrentielle, les tendances du marché et les besoins des clients afin d’orienter les stratégies de vente et le positionnement.
Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes interfonctionnelles (marketing, produit, etc.) pour assurer une exécution fluide et la satisfaction client.
Maintenir des prévisions précises, gérer le pipeline et produire des rapports CRM fiables.
Qualifications

Diplôme universitaire en sciences de la vie ou dans un domaine connexe, avec un minimum de 2 ans d’expérience pertinente en vente.
Une expérience préalable dans l’industrie des sciences de la vie constitue un atout.
Antécédents démontrés de réalisation ou de dépassement des objectifs de vente et de croissance de la part de marché.
Excellentes compétences en communication, négociation et présentation, avec la capacité de s’adresser à des publics techniques et non techniques.
Capacité éprouvée à analyser des données, interpréter les informations du marché et traduire les conclusions en stratégies commerciales concrètes.
Disponibilité et aptitude à se déplacer au sein du territoire attribué, selon les besoins.

The Sales Representative at GA International Inc., plays a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding market share within an assigned territory. This role requires a strategic, customer-focused professional with strong relationship-building skills. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional customer experiences, influence key decision-makers, and consistently achieve or exceed sales objectives in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive territory sales plans aligned with company objectives and growth targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding and retaining existing customer accounts.
Deliver product presentations and communicate technical information to support customer adoption.
Monitor competitive activity, market trends, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and positioning.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, etc) to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM reporting.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience
Prior experience in the life sciences industry is an asset.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving market share growth.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to analyze data, interpret market insights, and translate findings into actionable sales strategies.
Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned territory, as required.
