Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités au Québec, nous recherchons une représentante ou un représentant pour la région de Québec afin de soutenir et accompagner les établissements vétérinaires membres de VP.

Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean
Bas-Saint-Laurent

Ce rôle implique des déplacements réguliers pour rencontrer les établissements vétérinaires et maintenir une présence active sur le terrain.


Votre rôle:

À titre de représentant(e) – Services aux membres, vous serez le point de contact privilégié entre VP et les établissements vétérinaires de votre territoire.


Votre mission sera de :

développer des relations de confiance avec les membres
accompagner les établissements dans l’utilisation des services VP
comprendre leurs besoins et les soutenir dans leur développement

Principales responsabilités

Visiter régulièrement les établissements vétérinaires de votre territoire
Maintenir des relations solides avec les propriétaires et les équipes
Répondre aux questions et accompagner les membres dans leurs besoins
Identifier des opportunités d’amélioration ou de développement
Transmettre les informations du terrain à l’équipe interne
Offrir des rencontres d’accompagnement ou des consultations aux établissements
Participer à des congrès et événements de l’industrie
Assurer le suivi des activités et des visites dans les systèmes internes

Profile recherché

Nous recherchons une personne qui connaît bien le milieu vétérinaire et qui aime bâtir des relations professionnelles durables.


Qualifications:

Minimum de cinq (5) ans d’expérience dans le secteur vétérinaire
Bonne compréhension du fonctionnement d’un établissement vétérinaire
Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles
Autonomie et sens de l’organisation
Capacité à communiquer clairement et efficacement
Intérêt pour le développement des établissements vétérinaires
Connaissance des logiciels de gestion clinique vétérinaire

Une expérience comme technicien(ne) en santé animale, gestionnaire de clinique ou représentant(e) du secteur vétérinaire constitue un atout important.


Bilinguisme:

La relation avec les établissements vétérinaires du territoire se fait principalement en français.


Cependant, puisque VP est une organisation canadienne, certaines communications internes avec l’équipe nationale se font en anglais.


Le poste nécessite donc une capacité fonctionnelle dans les deux langues, sans que l’anglais soit utilisé dans la majorité des interactions quotidiennes avec les membres.

Horaire:

Lundi au vendredi, 8 h 30 à 17 h

Mode de travail:

Poste hybride combinant travail sur le terrain et à distance

Salaire annuel: 54 688 $ à 78 125 $, selon l’expérience et let compétences

As part of our continued growth in Québec, we are currently looking for a Member Services Representative for the Québec region to support and build relationships with veterinary practices across the territory. We are looking for someone familiar with the veterinary sector who enjoys building strong professional relationships.


Bilingual Member Services Representative for the Quebec region


Territory:

The successful candidate will primarily cover the following administrative regions:

Capitale-Nationale
Chaudière-Appalaches
Centre-du-Québec
Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean
Bas-Saint-Laurent

Role:

As a Member Services Representative, you will serve as the main point of contact between VP and the veterinary practices within your territory.


Your mission will be to:

develop strong relationships with veterinary practice owners and teams
support members in accessing VP services and initiatives
understand practice needs and help connect them with the appropriate resources

You will act as VP’s ambassador in the field, working closely with our internal teams


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Proactively visit veterinary practices within your territory
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with members
Provide guidance and support regarding VP services and initiatives
Identify opportunities to better support veterinary practices
Share field insights and feedback with internal teams
Provide consultations or informational sessions to practice owners and managers
Participate in industry conferences and events
Maintain accurate records of visits and member interactions

Health & Safety:

Works in compliance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act and follows VP’s policies and procedures
Conducts self with regard for the safety of all employees
Participates in health and safety training, meetings, and drills as required; is aware of safety and evacuation procedures
Reports any health & safety violations or hazards to appropriate contacts (JHSC Representatives, Supervisors, Managers)

Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP):

Follows and understands all relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with respect to Good Manufacturing Practices

Skills and Knowledge Required

Minimum five (5) years of experience in the veterinary sector
Solid understanding of veterinary practice operations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently and manage a territory
Interest in supporting the development of veterinary practices
Preferred Experience:

Experience as a Registered Veterinary Technician, veterinary practice manager, or veterinary industry representative is considered a strong asset.
Knowledge of Practice Information Management Software’s (PIMS) would be considered an asset

Language Requirements:

This position requires the ability to communicate in both French and English.


Most interactions with veterinary practices in the territory will be conducted in French, while certain internal communications with VP’s national team are conducted in English.


The ideal candidate will therefore be comfortable working in both languages, although English is not required for the majority of daily interactions with members


Schedule and Hours of Work

Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.


Location

This is a hybrid position combining field work and remote work.


Compensation

Annual Salary: $54,688.00 – $78,125.00


NOTE: Salary will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
