Job Title: Accounts Executive (6-Month Contract)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and effective Accounts Executive for a 6-month contractual role to support our finance team with day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including AP/AR, invoicing, and payment processing.
Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Perform monthly bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Maintain and update financial records in accounting systems.
Support audits by providing relevant documentation and information.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in filing returns (GST, TDS, etc. if applicable).
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accuracy of financial data.
