Job Description:
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processesAssist with the monitoring of the payroll preparation by providingrelevant data. (Salary, PF,TDS, ESI etc, promotion, attendance, leave, etc)IS A MUSTProvide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leavesand compensation and resolve any issues that may arisePromote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplaceAssist in development and implementation of human resource policiesOrganize quarterly and annual employee performance reviewsMaintain employee files and records in electronic and paper formEnhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying newperks and benefits and organizing team building activitiesEnsure compliance with labor regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management or relateddisciplineMinimum 5+ years experience in HR (Interior Industry will be a plus )Expertise in HR policies and proceduresStrong knowledge of hiring processUnderstanding of HR best practices and current regulationsSound judgment and problem-solving skillsCustomer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism anddiscretionFamiliarity with MS Office suiteExcellent communication skills (English & Hindi)Note: - Candidate not required from project management consultancy background (PMC) like CBRE, Knight Frank, JLL , Cushman & Wakefield , CIPC, Colliers International, and other real estate companies.
