Research and Teaching Opportunities in Public Health for Faculty from the USA

IIHMR offers opportunities to faculty working in US Universities in research and teaching public health, health systems, and global health. The faculty wishing to take a short break, and/or those already working on research and working in India, are also welcome. These assignments will be for 2-3 years. IIHMR will give them appointments as adjunct faculty and adequately remunerate them for their work. The faculty will be housed in studio apartments on the university campus in Jaipur or other housing in Delhi and Bengaluru.

IIHMR is a leading institution in research and education in public health and health management with a legacy of more than 40 years in the health sector. IIHMR offers MPH, MBA in health and hospital management, pharmaceutical management, and doctoral programs. It pioneered in policy and program management research and evaluation in the health sector. It has an experienced multidisciplinary faculty (public health, health and Hospital management, Pharmaceutical Management, health economics and finance, Digital health & Analytics, and social and behavioral sciences). It has three campuses in Jaipur, Delhi, and Bengaluru. The Jaipur campus is a university known as IIHMR University. The University actively collaborates with Johns Hopkins University and is open to collaborating with other international universities, including from the USA. The IIHMR Bengaluru campus focuses on Artificial Intelligence and Data Sciences, while the Delhi campus focuses on Global Health.

The IIHMR University has multiple schools – School of Public Health, School of Health Management, School of Pharmaceutical Management, School of Development Management, and School of Digital Health.

We encourage international faculty to work in India and developing countries. We also encourage interested public health professionals, especially faculty members in the schools of public health at US universities.
