Create permit application read drawings for a single family family in Camas, WA. The dwelling will be roughly 4,500 to 5,500 sq. ft. The design needs to be optimized for energy consumption using the concepts of Net Zero and Passive House standards (energy consumption modeling and calculation skills will be nice to have, but not required).
The design will be inspired by the Pacific Northwest (US and some familiarity with that type of architecture/design is desired (but not required). The residents desire a "Northwest Prairie" style of design
