Residential Conveyancer – 2+ PQE – Tring Office

Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking for an exciting new opportunity? My client, a well-established law firm with a strong presence in Hertfordshire, is seeking a talented Residential Conveyancer (2+ years PQE) to join their busy office in Tring.The Role: You will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish, including:
• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Shared ownership
• New builds and lease extensions

You will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service, working closely with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders to ensure smooth, efficient transactions.What’s on Offer:
