My client is a highly regarded law firm based in Bedfordshire with a long-established reputation for providing specialist legal services to individuals and businesses throughout the area.
I have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious Residential Property Solicitor/Legal Executive.
This is a full-time role benefiting from the support of an experienced and friendly team, advising a broad range of clients.
This role would be best suited for someone with 2-5 PQE and there are excellent career progression opportunities for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will be able to conduct their own caseload, whilst assisting other fees earners in providing a quality legal service to the firm’s clients. The role will include but is not limited to the following:-
• Sales and purchases of residential freehold and leasehold property and land
• Property refinancing
• Transfers of Equity
• Equity Release Mortgages
