Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Residential Property Conveyancer to join our legal team.
Full time role
Based in Cardiff and Pontypool Office (Hybrid also considered)
2+ PQE in Conveyancing (If CILEX, Practice rights desired)
Pro-active, detail-orientated & able to work independently on Sales, Purchases, Remortgages and Transfer of Equity matters
Knowledge of Leasehold Transactions is also desired
Provide support to department including junior members, team growth and business development
Strong technical, communication an & organisational skills
Driving licence and willingness to travel between offices required.
Salary dependant on experience
Pay: £28,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
