You will be handling a broad range of property transactions (sales, purchases, re-mortgages), managing a busy caseload while delivering first-class client service.
As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you will advise and liaise with clients and intermediaries throughout transactions, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and deadlines.
Requirements
We are looking for a Scottish-qualified Solicitor or Senior Solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing.
NQ -3 years PQE (depending on level) are required. You should have strong client communication skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to manage a varied caseload with professionalism and efficiency.
