Job Description
Key responsibilities include collating and checking essential travel information, passports, and consent forms, creating necessary documentation for visa applications, as well as producing trip packs and information for parents. You will also be responsible for communicating with parents, students, and external companies, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
In addition to your organizational skills, you must be able to remain calm under pressure, demonstrate a proactive approach, and initiative for planning and prioritizing work. Previous experience of working in a school environment would be beneficial.
