About The Role
We have an opportunity for an exceptional Resource Officer to join our team for a leave cover and provide a range of administrativie support to the Access and Disability Service unit across all the campuses.Operating within Access and Disability Service, your day to day tasks will include responding to online, phone and email enquiries, maintaining records on the database, monitoring budget expenditure, updating website content and other general administrative tasks.
Your exceptional organisational skills will see you deliver administrative support provided by the Resource Assistant, including the provision of alternative format materials, assistitive technology equipment and software for students with disability. In this role, you will also manage the notetaking program for students with disability including the employment of notetakers, participation assistants, interpreters or other transcription/captioning services.
This role reports to the National Manager, Access and Disability Service, who will provide direction and guidance as required. You will support the National Manager in preparing the statistical reports for the Department of Education, in relation to the reimbursement of all purchases, costs and expenses for students with disability.

What We Offer

Total remuneration valued to $106,366 - $114,254 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $8+,881 - $+6,546 (pro rata) pa (HEW 6), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading. A 2.8% increase will be effective from the beginning of the last full pay period before 30 June 2025.
17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
