Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree or two or more years of work experience
Four or more years of relevant work experience
Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Communications, Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or a related field
Experience in prepaid wireless
Six or more years of experience in marketing, operations, or retail environment
Deep understanding of print and production processes
Are a self-starter who can identify a need or problem and address it with minimal to no supervision
Ability to prepare and lead formal presentations to all levels of the organization
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced culture and ability to make thoughtful decisions
Strategic thinking skills and the ability to jump into the details to inform decisions
Curiosity, creativity, and are oriented towards developing excellent solutions

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $82,000.00 and $152,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule
The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience
This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more
For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours
Responsibilities
This individual will be responsible for managing production, execution, maintenance, and support of visual merchandising, POP, and displays for the retail experience team across Big Box, Branded, and Indirect retail
Managing timelines, budgets, and quality, ensuring the efficient implementation of materials across our physical retail landscape, from creative hand off to execution
Overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
Tracking budget and expenses of projects, as well as working with vendors to find the best-in-market at cost-efficient merchandising
Managing merchandising deployments and developing annual pack out schedule
Managing external vendor relationships and ensuring effective prioritization/identifying ways to improve ROI from this support
Pursuing and achieving ongoing price savings and cost reductions, in collaboration with the relevant teams
Establishing and maintaining processes for inventory management and fulfillment of marketing assets and demo products
Adapting and collaborating with all stakeholders through project changes and the evolution of business initiatives
