Roles and Responsibilities - Sales and Customer service :
● Building long term relationships with new and existing customers to facilitate sales. ● Consistently achieving or exceeding monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals, enhancing and developing the business. ● Delivering exemplary customer service through great soft skills with exceptional product knowledge and service know-how. ● Demonstrate creativity & originality in your work and have the personal drive and initiative to bring about change and help drive the business forward.
Store Operations - ● Direct employees in daily operations such as serving customers, inventory handling, and managing in-store marketing. ● Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations. ● Track and manage inventory at the warehouse. ● Conduct hiring and onboarding of new employees. ● Mentor and motivate sales staff to put in their best in order to improve their performance.
Good English communication is required.
Location Bandra.
Salary:- 15K to 22 K
