Responsibilities:
Sales and Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, creating a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
Develop a deep understanding of our jewelry collection, including the materials used, craftsmanship, and design details.
Assist customers in selecting the perfect jewelry pieces, offering expert advice and guidance.
Handle sales transactions, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and packaging purchased items.
Product Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, industry news, and product knowledge related to luxury jewelry.
Continuously educate yourself about the unique features, materials, and design elements of our jewelry collection.
Effectively communicate the value and exclusivity of our brand to customers, highlighting the craftsmanship and quality of our products.
Sales Target Achievement:
Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall store's sales goals.
Proactively engage with customers to drive sales, upselling and cross-selling when appropriate.
Utilize your knowledge of customer preferences and purchasing history to recommend complementary products and future purchases.
Visual Merchandising and Store Operations:
Assist in maintaining a visually appealing and organized store environment, ensuring that all jewelry displays are well-presented.
Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create attractive product displays and promotional setups.
Monitor and replenish inventory levels, alerting the store manager when stock needs to be reordered.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, fostering customer loyalty and repeat business.
Maintain a client database, recording customer preferences, contact information, and purchase history.
Follow up with clients through personalized communication, such as thank-you notes and invitations to exclusive events.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in the jewelry industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Deep passion for and knowledge of luxury products, particularly jewelry.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships.
Professional and polished appearance, representing the brand in a positive manner.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
