Key Responsibilities:
1. Fragrance Development:
• Blend various raw materials, such as essential oils and synthetic aroma compounds, to create new fragrances.
• Modify and refine existing fragrance formulas based on client feedback or market trends.
2. Quality Control:
• Conduct olfactory assessments to ensure fragrance consistency and quality.
• Test blended perfumes for compatibility with different product formulations.
3. Raw Material Management:
• Select and evaluate raw materials for fragrance composition.
• Maintain inventory records and order supplies as needed.
4. Collaboration:
• Work with perfumers, chemists, and product developers to align fragrance creation with project objectives.
• Communicate fragrance profiles to marketing and branding teams.
5. Documentation:
• Maintain detailed records of fragrance formulations and blending processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., IFRA guidelines).
6. Research and Innovation:
• Stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and emerging technologies in fragrance production
