About the Role
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, motivating your team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operations, merchandising, and team development to ensure the store achieves and exceeds targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, inspire, and coach your team to deliver outstanding customer service.
Drive sales results and meet/exceed store budgets and KPIs.
Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, stock management, and visual merchandising.
Implement promotional and sales strategies to maximise performance.
Recruit, train, and develop team members to build a high-performing culture.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and visual standards.
Foster a positive team environment and uphold Shoe Connection’s brand values.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in retail management (footwear or fashion preferred).
A strong sales focus with the ability to motivate and lead by example.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A passion for fashion, shoes, and delivering exceptional service.
Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday
