CREATIVE BRAIN LEARNING is looking for DEDICATED, CONSISTENT AND RELIABLE After School Enrichment Instructors in BUENA PARK, CA for the 2025-26 school year! Great opportunity to work with and inspire youth. This is NOT a full after school program but is an excellent way to gain more experience working with children while earning extra money doing it!
Perfect for those looking to make a career out of education, or who enjoy working with children.
We are looking for passionate enrichment specialists/instructors who will be able to provide a positive and engaging after school MUSIC, ART & STEM learning experience for elementary and middle school students. Candidates should be reliable, team players, passionate about working with and teaching children!
There will be 3 sessions for this program, beginning August 25, 2025 and running until April 2026.
Curriculum for classes includes:
Session 1- Robotics (with ROboX1 and Edison Bots), Video Game Design, Scienceworkz, Roblox, and Music!
Session 2- Roblox, Stop Motion Animation, Watercolor painting, RoboX1, Roblox and LEGO robotics!
Session 3- Rocket Lab, Anime/Manga, Coding, Stop Motion Animation, Culinary and Mariachi!
Program is a part of Buena Park School District's Expanded Learning with Creative Brain Learning and will serve students after school on the following schedule:.
MONDAY 3:00pm- 5:15pm
THURSDAY 12:00pm- 3:50pm
FRIDAY 2:30pm- 4:50pm
Responsibilities for this role include:
Leading and managing your own class of 10-30 students, Following preset curriculum and lesson pacing guides, maintaining cleanliness of classroom space, following CBL's code of conduct and classroom policies, maintaining clear and consistent contact with program supervisor. All staff of Creative Brain Learning are required to be certified mandated reporters. (Training/Certification is provided)
Program content and materials are all provided, and so is training.
Minimum requirement includes High school diploma and a minimum of 48 college credits, as well as a live scan background check and Tuberculosis clearance.
