By joining our high performing Workers Compensation team, you will be part of a fast-paced environment dedicated to providing outstanding service innovative thinking and return to work support.

About the role

Coordinating return to work programs
Ability to obtain early return to work outcomes
Recovery and return-to-work focus and an ability to influence providers and treating practitioners to achieve return to work outcomes
Ability to contribute to a positive working environment and team culture
Flexible approach to claims management strategies
Proven ability to break down return to work barriers
About you

A degree or tertiary qualifications in an Allied Health field e.g. (Occupational Therapy/Physiotherapy/Rehabilitation Counselling/Psychology/Nursing) is desirable
Must have a WorkSafe Agent or OR experience
Experience in Workers Compensation or Occupational Rehabilitation is highly desirable
Demonstrated experience in either personal injury, disability, or the health industry
Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Highly developed skills in coaching, influencing, and relationship building
A drive for change and continual improvement
Ideally WorkSafe or TAC Training
