A Hybrid working model
Now offices are fully open we have embraced a hybrid working model, which allows our employees to split their time between the office and other locations, something we hope will provide everyone much more flexibility to their working week. The expectation is that working life at Hogarth will involve working from the office for about 50% of the time for most people. The Role
• Ensure all projects are billed and closed within a reasonable timeframe with filed Proof Of Delivery (typically +0 days from project completion)
• Help resolve billing and cost queries
• Job analysis and assisting with reconciliation of 3rd party costs, where contractually required
• Provide monthly status for all jobs,
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of appropriate documentation for revenue recognition, including PO/client approval, Billings, and purchasing contacts where applicable and proof of delivery
• Other adhoc requirements

• High level of attention to detail & Proven experience in a similar role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders
• Strong team player with the ability to work autonomously
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while working to tight deadlines
• A can-do' positive attitude & Proactive
