What your days will look like:
• Develop and align reward strategies with business goals on both UK and global scales, including job architecture, pay structures, and job evaluation.
• Design and advise on incentive programs, such as annual bonuses and long-term incentive plans, while conducting remuneration benchmarking and modeling.
• Utilize data analytics tools like Excel, PowerBi, Tableau, and Alteryx for insights, and manage client relationships with a focus on risk processes and financial management.
• Lead project delivery and provide training for team members, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and team development.
This role is for you if:
• Experience of working in a reward team, either in-house or within a consultancy practice
• Able to project manage a team including coaching and develop other members of the team
• Able to deliver bespoke written and oral advice to clients in a simple and impactful way
• Strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationships
• Strong report writing and analytical skills
• Ability to navigate and manage conflicting demands
