Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related business field of study
CIA, CFSA, CBA, CRC or CPA)
Minimum of 5+ years of professional services or internal audit experience within a community bank/credit union (typical asset size $500M - $20B)
Familiarity with applicable state and federal regulations such as FFIEC, FDIC, SEC, OCC
Demonstrated analytical and time management skills as well as the ability to thrive within an entrepreneurial environment
Outstanding relationship management, written and verbal communication, as well as presentation skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PC software and applications
Ability to travel to client sites as needed, expected up to 30%

The salary range for this position is $+2,625 to $142,500
Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location

Responsibilities
As a Manager, you can expect to support the performance of an array of internal audit and advisory engagements (i.e
loan review, credit administration, current expected credit losses (CECL), interest rate risk (IRR), asset liability management (ALM), call report, FDICIA/SOX control testing, etc.)
while working closely with a strong leadership team and professional peers committed to providing high quality client service
While this role will require occasional travel to support the onsite needs of our clients, the position offers hybrid flexibility to qualified candidates within proximity of either our Louisville or Lexington office
Work individually or as part of a team to provide execution on multiple client engagements concurrently
Manage, quality control, present and deliver internal audit and advisory related risk management projects to our clients in the financial services/banking industries
Perform audits of various internal departments, reporting to senior management key findings and resolving any issues that may not be compliant with Federal and State laws
Monitor progression of audit assignments while operating effectively within the allotted budget and time frames
Maintain ongoing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction on engagements by providing value to our clients
Encourage and promote additional services to the clients as needed
