[RS-+2+] Senior Corporate Accountant

Position Overview: As a Senior Corporate Accountant at Osfin.ai, you will be responsible for financial accounting, taxation, and reporting operations. The ideal candidate should be CA with 0-2 years’ exp/ CA inter qualified and possess good knowledge and exposure in financial management, financial reporting and compliance. EXPERIENCE: CA with 0-2 years’ experience preferably in corporate environment /CA inter qualified (Single/Both groups cleared) with minimum 4 yrs of experience. TECHNICAL & BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCY: Excellent understanding of accounting, taxation, handling audits (statutory & tax), TDS GST and matter related to finance and accounts. Good English communication skills Hand-on experience in Excel and good presentation skills Experience in Tally Prime & Zoho Multi-tasking and managing multiple priorities Execution /individual contributor role JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Execute day-to-day Accounting. Ledger scrutiny monthly and posting accruals, amortization of prepaid for closure of books Monthly MIS preparation Prepare and maintain reports / schedules for management, prepare schedules requested by internal and external auditors. Execute BRS on a weekly basis. Execute customer invoices in Zoho books and handle complete AR function. End to end Vendor management – Managing the entire O2P cycle right from onboarding of vendors to booking the expenses, making payments to periodic reconciliations. Handling the relationship with all vendors. Assist in Payroll processing, F&F; and payment to employees. Employee reimbursements - Verify and validate the eligible expenses and process reimbursement requests as per company policy, Process reimbursements accurately and promptly through payroll or separate payments. Working Knowledge of Income Tax, TDS, PF, GST for accounting purpose. Working with consultants to execute GST/TDS /PF/PT monthly compliances. Ensure vendor, GST, TDS, Salary and debtor reconciliation in line with Books. Finalization of Books and prepare financial statements at year end. Statutory Audit, Tax Audit &GST; Audit.
