Job Opportunity as an Account Executive
Location: Lalbaug, Parel, Mumbai – 400 033
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, On-Site
We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive with 3-5 years of experience in accounting, GST compliance, and income tax returns to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping functions, journal entries, and reconciliation of accounts using Tally software. Ensure accurate accounts payable/receivable entries.
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), reconcile GST liabilities, and assist with audits. Address GST-related queries.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of ITR for individuals and businesses. Stay updated on tax laws and offer advice on tax planning.
- Ensure timely statutory filings, including TDS, PF, and other relevant compliance. Support internal and external audits.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field. CA Inter or similar certifications are a plus.
- Experience: 3.-5 years in accounting, GST, income tax, and Tally.
- Skills: Proficiency in Tally ERP, strong knowledge of Indian tax laws, accounts management, and Microsoft Excel.
