Minimum 1 year experience of RTO Administrator position, issue letter of offer on Stars or Wisenet, knowledge in Moodle, including understanding of the international student market (the ESOS Act, ESOS Framework, PRISMS and CRICOS & ELICOS) and the Australian VET system.
The Administrator will involve duties such as student support, Admin, monthly students’ enrolment, and intakes planning and progression of students throughout their studies.
You will be responsible for
Issue letter of offer
Manage Star, Wisenet and Moodle
Responding to and managing a range of student enquiries and issues
Receive, update and secure all student related information
Coordinating and scheduling classes
Monitor studnet Attendance and Course Progress
Assist marketing in promoting and organizing student events, excursions and agent visits
Engage with students to identify issues and advise them on related matters such as Enrolment processes, choice of courses, Course variation, graduation procedures, College and Company rules, attendance and course progress
Assist students with problem solving for personal issues which could affect attendance or course progress
To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate and have the following experience:
Minimum 12months experience as an admin role in the CRICOS provider
Strong in time management
Team player, a self-starter with strong work ethics
Excellent interpersonal and relationships building skills
Excellent attention to detail
Possess strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Bilingual language, will be a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
