Job Description
Mandatory Skills:
• Excellent Software Administration development and Trouble shooting skills for Smart Plant tools like S3D, SP P&ID etc.
• Manage project administration & new development task for all the engineering disciplines.
• Hands on experience on S3D API and development environment using C# VB.Net / Oracle / SQL etc. and integration of third party tools with S3D.
• Developing 3D symbols for various disciplines like Piping / Equipment / Ins. and Hanger and Support using .Net environment i.e. CAXperts 3D SymbolDesigner.
• Setting up S3D project in Standalone in Physical server.
• Create project backups and restore the model, catalog and drawing data.
• Database knowledge (Oracle, MS SQL) desirable
• Creation of Custom Catalog and specification from the Bulk Load sheets S3D.
• Customization Drawing Template and Report creation.
• Creation of View Styles, Graphic Rules, Label Rules.
• Setup Fabrication Isometric, Stress Isometric, Tracing Isometric·
• User level troubleshooting in S3D, SPPID on multiple tasks.
Desirable Skills:
• Knowledge of various codes like IBR, ASTM, API & ASME Standards and Pipe Data Pro etc.
• Develop various type of custom command for different discipline & standalone application as per project requirement.
• Developed Hanger and Support assembly as per project standard.
• Creation of COM as well as SQL labels and advance SQL queries
