ResourcePlan, a leading provider of all-in-one business software designed for Architects and Engineering Consultants, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Executive (AE) to join our expanding team. As an AE, your primary responsibility will be to establish and grow relationships with our US customer base, showcasing our comprehensive suite of features and demonstrating how they can streamline workflows and enhance business effectiveness. This role requires excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales, specifically with US clientele.
Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing US customers, understanding their business models and how our product can add value.
• Present, promote, and sell ResourcePlan using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, emailing, and networking.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
