Roles and Responsibilities
Reach out to potential students via calls, inbound inquiries, and assigned leads to promote
and convert admissions.
Clearly communicate course details, address queries, and build trust with prospective
candidates.
Follow up with leads for course enrolment, documentation, and fee payments.
Maintain and update student records and reports regularly.
Draft and manage professional email communication with students and prospects.
Actively respond to students via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to ensure a smooth and
engaging course experience.
Provide backend support for the seamless delivery of online courses.
Ensure timely responses to inquiry emails and resolution of student grievances in a
professional manner.
Handle crisis situations independently and effectively.
Maintain strong rapport with students throughout their learning journey and be available for
support when needed.
Share student feedback and insights with internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
Support interdepartmental coordination by efficiently conveying updates between students
and the management team.

Passionate about education, student engagement, and providing excellent support.
Friendly, empathetic, and approachable with strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of regional
languages is a plus).
Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to handle pressure with a calm attitude.
Willing to take ownership and contribute positively within a team environment.
Comfortable working in a hybrid setup with availability to report to the Mumbai office when
required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
0 to 2 years of experience in sales, administration, student coordination, or similar roles.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, etc.).
Quick learner with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
A positive attitude and a passion for student success and institutional growth.
