Job Description
This is a fast-paced admin and sales support role based in Frenchs Forest. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing new enquiries, scheduling estimators' diaries, and creating professional quotes using templates.
Key Responsibilities:
First point of contact for all new and existing customers
Diary management of two estimators
Assist with the compilation of quotes and tenders
Preparing reports for customers
Ensuring all jobs are documented in Nexiva
Providing outstanding customer service

Requirements:
Pro active with a can-do attitude
Experience working in a trade support office or real estate (beneficial)
