Job Description
• Support day-to-day sales operations. Operations include processing sales orders, organizing client information, conducting aftersales follow-ups, tracking sales orders, and customer relationship management.
• Customer service and support. Customer service over the phone and email, office reception, maintaining customer relations by regular checkups through phone calls or emails (holiday greetings). Address customer queries and provide the customer with the necessary support.
• Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports, market data collection, and data entry.
• Perform accounting-related work; record employee and office expenses.
• Assist the company as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
• Administrative experience required
