About the Role
As our Front Desk Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients—setting the tone for an exceptional customer journey. This role blends warm, professional client service with strong sales awareness. You’ll help clients feel welcome, understood, and confident in choosing customized treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients with warmth, professionalism, and confidence
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable services
- Support booking, follow-up, and front desk operations
- Help drive sales by presenting services persuasively and with empathy
- Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver a seamless experience
Qualifications
- Native-level English fluency
- Strong sales motivation: goal-oriented and persuasive
- High emotional intelligence and interpersonal understanding
- Experience in personalized, client-centric sales roles
- Professional, polished appearance and communication style
Preferred Background
We're looking for candidates from service-driven fields where building trust and achieving results are everyday practices, though experience in the medical spa industry is not required. We welcome applicants from client-focused sales or service roles. Ideal candidates may come from industries such as:
- Education consulting (e.g., academic planning, private tutoring, study abroad advising)
- Wellness & health coaching (e.g., nutrition, fitness, body/mind programs)
- Wedding or event planning(customized planning and vendor coordination)
