🎯 What You’ll Do
Sales Support
• Assist in lead generation and outreach for clothing drives, workshops, and brand partnerships
• Support the sales team in creating and updating pitch decks and proposals
• Follow up with potential partners and convert leads via calls, WhatsApp, or email
Customer Support
• Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp, Instagram, and email
• Ensure timely resolution of complaints and offer friendly, helpful service
• Collect feedback and maintain customer satisfaction reports
Admin & Coordination
• Help coordinate logistics and documentation for brand collaborations
• Maintain updated records of partner brands, drives, and customer interactions
• Support marketing and community-building tasks where needed
✅ You Are
• A good communicator—fluent in English & Hindi
• Friendly, empathetic, and problem-solving by nature
• Passionate about sustainability, fashion, or social impact
• Comfortable using Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and Instagram DMs
• Bonus: experience with Canva, CRM tools, or sales outreach
