Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target industries
• Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email marketing, and social media outreach
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
• Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of SuperCards to potential customers
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches and presentations to effectively communicate our value proposition
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (fresher candidates are encouraged to apply)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence others
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales and marketing
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends
• Prior experience or knowledge in sales and marketing will be an added advantage
