Essential Functions:
Ability to achieve organization business goal
Understand customer requirements for built-In and free standing commercial kitchen equipment’s.
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls, emails and update customer database.
Handle sales and marketing for commercial Kitchen equipment’s.
Follow with the payments and tracking after sale support
Coordinating with production workers technician after sales for fixing the equipment’s
Identify sales opportunities and potential customers i.e. Restaurants, Hotels, QSR , Cafe, Retails Dealers.
Analyze market demand and market trends for modern kitchen equipment’s
Understand major Commercial kitchen equipments and pricing and also, develop sales and marketing strategies.
Preparation of sales tender and quotations
Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
Skills
· Retail sales process
· Must be adaptable to change and have the ability/desire to make a difference
· Knowledge in Microsoft office
· Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
· Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
