About the Role
In this Sales Trainee position, you will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with our recruiting team to identify top Sciences and Engineering talent to fulfill client needs.
You will serve as a subject matter expert for talent solutions and services in your respective territory
You will establish a list of target accounts and prospects, and adjust it as necessary, using all available internal and external resources
You will identify, develop, and manage new and existing customer relationships by leveraging resources including but not limited to CRMs and external networking tools
You will conduct face-to-face meetings with decision-makers and get results by asking appropriate questions that qualify business and take advantage of opportunities to create value and meet client needs
