Adding a sales and marketing executive to drive company sales!
As a. Sales and Marketing executive, you, will be involved in developing marketing strategies, implementing marketing plans, developing sales strategies, maintaining customer relations, and creating sales reports.
To derive success in this role, you are expected to have strong knowledge of latest marketing techniques, a passion for sales, and excellent communication skills. As a sales and marketing executive, you will create strategies that align with modern consumer trends.
Sales and Marketing Executive Responsibilities:
Sales:
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Marketing:
• Plan, execute and monitor to measure the brand presence of Organization and products on social media - LinkedIn
• Suggest and share creative ideas for content marketing and update website
• Continuously look for new digital media opportunities for the business growth - including mobile, social media, SEO, blogs and forums
• Develop and integrate content marketing strategies
Sales and Marketing Executive Requirements:
• MBA or equivalent with sales and marketing / business specialization
• Knowledge of marketing techniques for B2B Sales
• Excellent communication and networking skills
• A passion for sales
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
