Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Building Manager to join our team at the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties. This individual will be responsible for leading our membership sales initiatives, driving month-over-month membership growth, and developing and executing sales campaigns.
About the Position:
This is a unique opportunity to own a sales program, prove your impact, and be rewarded for results. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for refining and executing a sales strategy, prospecting relentlessly, developing and executing sales campaigns, managing and optimizing the sales pipeline, building relationships with members, and balancing field and office work.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead membership sales initiatives, drive month-over-month membership growth through a mix of digital outreach, in-person networking, and direct sales techniques
Develop and execute sales campaigns using digital marketing, email automation, social selling, and in-person events to drive conversions
Owning the entire sales program, including wins and losses
Prospect relentlessly, hunt for and qualify high-value leads through email, social media, phone, and in-person connections
Manage and optimize the sales pipeline by tracking, measuring, and adjusting your sales approach based on data and results
Build relationships with members by being their go-to industry connector
Balance field and office work, splitting time between our Bellevue HQ and out in the community, meeting prospects, attending industry events, and closing deals
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
Sales-driven and results-oriented mindset
Experienced in B2B sales with a proven track record
Multichannel sales mastery, blending traditional and digital sales strategies
Data-driven and process-oriented approach, tracking numbers, analyzing what works, and adjusting your approach accordingly
Locally based and mobile, with a reliable vehicle and ability to meet in-person
