Lead Response Executives
Night Shift – Client Chat Executive (Digital Services)
Role Overview
We are looking for responsible and proactive Night Shift Chat Executives to handle inbound inquiries from international clients.
You will be the first point of contact for potential customers who message during off-hours.
Your primary responsibility is to:
Respond quickly and professionally
Qualify leads
Provide structured information
Schedule follow-ups for the sales team
Maintain organized conversation records
This is not random chatting.
This is structured lead handling.
Shift Timing
Night shift (based on international client time zones)
Fixed working hours
5–6 days per week
Key Responsibilities
Lead Response
Reply to incoming messages within defined time limits
Use pre-approved templates and guidelines
Maintain professional and confident tone
Lead Qualification
Ask structured questions to understand client needs
Identify serious buyers vs general inquiries
Gather necessary information before escalation
Escalation & Handover
Forward qualified leads to senior sales team
Clearly summarize conversation context
Avoid making unauthorized pricing decisions
CRM & Tracking
Update lead status in tracking sheet or CRM
Maintain organized chat records
Tag priority conversations
Required Skills
Strong written English
Fast typing and response speed
Professional communication style
Basic understanding of digital marketing (preferred)
Ability to follow scripts and SOPs
Calm under pressure
Important Traits
Disciplined (night shift requires maturity)
Alert and responsive
Responsible with client communication
Honest and reliable
Qualification
Graduate or final-year student
Experience in customer support or sales chat preferred
