The sales and marketing manager's responsibilities include generating unique sales plans, developing engaging interaction with the target customers, emails, and promotional literature, developing pricing strategies, and meeting marketing and sales human resource objectives.
The sales and marketing manager represents the company's brand and drives to increase our connectivity with builders and architects, by pushing our services and products to Target customers.
Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Sales and Marketing Manager for entire Bangalore, developing new clients and fostering existing ones, Coordination with Distributor/ Channel Partner
· Develop relationships with key personnel in industry including Architects, Decision makers, Builders, and even individual clients.
· Active focus on identification of new opportunities and Develop strategies to increase sales volume for Specification & Project based business.
· Plan and organize meets to create influence of product and business and represent Olangana.
· Meeting with Architects, Interior Designers, and end clients for specification of our product and services range.
· Manage and maintain a specification tracking & measurement mechanism and take steps necessary to follow specifications through to job completion
· Achieve agree upon revenue targets
· Sales & Specification through marketing focused activity
· Assist to develop & implement marketing strategies and materials for the interior design market.
· Ensure customer relationship management leads are taken through to opportunity and Establish and maintain project lead generation process.
· Plan and update project pipeline/Sales conversion ratio
Job Specifications:
Skills and Expertise
• Graduation / relevant BCom, B.Sc or Diploma 15 years’ of Academic education
• Minimum Experience of 1 – 3 years in the interior design industry
• Any relevant Degree/Certificate is an added advantage
• Holds expertise in MS Excel, PPT Presentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
